We also collect the content you submit, including text prompts and reference images, along with basic usage data about how you interact with the service. Payment details are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card information.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the video creation service, to process your prompts and images, and to run safety and content checks before generation. We also use it to communicate about your account, purchases and support requests, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
User content and AI generation
Prompts and reference images are sent to our AI providers to generate video and are reviewed by automated safety checks before generation. Those providers process your content under their own data terms and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes. We do not sell your content.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with service providers that help operate the service, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI generation and content moderation. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property.
Data retention
Reference images are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after a short retention period. Generated videos remain available for a limited time, after which their links expire. Account and transaction records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can access and update your account information and request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond to privacy requests within 7 days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
