Overview

Credit packages are one-time purchases of account credit used to pay for video generation.

Automatic credit returns

If a generation fails and the failure is confirmed by our provider, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits remain reserved while a generation is in progress or while its outcome is uncertain.

Requesting a refund

If you believe a purchase or charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We review requests case by case and will refund purchases where the service was not delivered due to a fault on our side.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.

Non-refundable cases

Credits that were successfully used to generate a video are not refundable, and unused credits are not redeemable for cash.
