How many complete videos does a credit pack cover?
| Pack | One-time price | Credits | Complete videos |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | $9.90 | 36 | 2 |

| Pro | $69.90 | 350 | 19 |

These are examples, not a fixed number of renders included with every model. A lower-credit setting covers more videos; a higher-resolution setting covers fewer. Counts round down to whole videos and the remaining credits stay in your account. The final payment total is shown at checkout.
What happens when a request fails?
Credits are reserved when a generation starts. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits automatically. A pending job or a lost browser response is not by itself a confirmed failure. Check the existing job in your account before creating another request.
Purchased credits do not expire and packages are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Generation credit returns and payment refunds are different processes. Read the refund policy for purchase requests and pricing for current packages. Existing purchases and generations keep the price agreed when submitted.
Questions before you create
Does a 15-second Mini video cost 6 credits or 2 credits?
At the current 480p schedule, it costs 6 credits. Two credits is the five-second unit, and a 15-second video uses three units.
Does buying a different pack change a video’s credit quote?
No. The credit quote is tied to the selected model and video settings. The pack determines the credits you buy and the price you pay for that pack.
Can I generate a video for free?
The current site uses paid credit packs. This guide does not promise a free trial or free generation. Review your balance and the displayed quote before submitting.
