How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video from Two Photos
Kinevello’s Hotel Lobby AI video template turns two portrait photos into an original duo performance. Create a two-photo duo performance
- Open the Hotel Lobby template and choose Hotel Lobby, Luxury lobby, Studio booth or Street cypher. Scene selection changes the background and lighting direction.
- Upload one photo for the left performer and one for the right performer. Use clear, well-lit faces and visible clothing. The order of the photos determines the intended left and right positions; swap them before creating if needed.
- Choose a compatible model. Seedance 2.0 is selected by default; Mini, Fast and Seedance 2.5 are also currently available. Select the quality and portrait or landscape format offered for that model.
- Review the exact credits and the rights confirmation, then generate. Keep the same submission when retrying a lost response; do not submit several new jobs just because a render is still running.
- Find the finished video in your account and download it before its 15-day retention window ends.
What gives the video its motion and sound?
Expect a two-person musical performance with expressive gestures, natural upper-body movement and changing shot sizes. Your photos guide the performers’ appearance, while your chosen scene sets the background and mood.
Sound is included, with movement and mouth expressions following the rhythm. Custom song selection is currently unavailable. Each result is newly generated, so likeness, movement and timing may vary.
How many credits does a Hotel Lobby video use?
At the current 15-second duration and 480p, Mini uses 6 Kinevello credits, Fast 12, Seedance 2.0 18 and Seedance 2.5 24. Higher resolutions have different prices. The template displays the exact quote before you submit; compare video credit costs.
Prepare photos that are easy to follow
Use PNG, JPG or WebP files under 30 MiB each. Every image side must be 301–5,999 pixels, and its width-to-height ratio must be between 0.4 and 2.5. Avoid heavily obscured faces, overlapping people and cropped hands when those details matter to the performance. These choices improve the reference material, but do not guarantee identity or hand accuracy.
Only use yourself or consenting adults whose images you have permission to use. Kinevello does not permit public figures, celebrities or politicians. The template is an independent interpretation of a duo-performance format; it does not reproduce an original recording or promise identical choreography. Review the result and any music or likeness rights before sharing.
Questions before you create
Can I change the scene without changing the two performers?
Yes. Scene choice controls the intended setting and lighting. The two uploaded images still guide the performers. Review each generated result because identity consistency is not guaranteed.
Can I choose a different duration or upload my own song?
Hotel Lobby currently makes 15-second videos with included sound. Custom duration and song selection are unavailable here. For other video lengths and your own scene description, use the video studio.
Is this an exact remake of the original Hotel Lobby video?
No. It generates a new performance from your images and the template’s own direction. The sample illustrates one possible result, and individual outputs may differ.
